Promotion Description and Promotion Period: Ollie Pets, Inc. (“Ollie”) Supper Bowl (“Promotion”) starts on January 31, 2024 at 12:00:00 AM US Eastern Time and ends on February 11, 2024 at 06:30 PM US Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). There are two ways to participate in the Promotion. First, Ollie will donate one Ollie meal to Marley’s Mutts or other network shelters for every share of an Ollie Supper Bowl post on Instagram or Facebook during the Promotion Period, up to 10,000 meals (the “Supper Bowl Social Promotion”).  Second, for the eleven (11) featured dogs that are adopted from Marley’s Mutts during the Promotion Period through February 14, 2024 by eligible persons that mention this “Ollie Supper Bowl” Promotion, such eligible persons will receive a 1-year meal plan subscription to Ollie and reimbursement of certain dog adoption expenses as more fully described in paragraph 4 below (“Supper Bowl Adoption Promotion”). 

Eligibility: The Supper Bowl Social Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older.  The Supper Bowl Adoption Promotion is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), 18 years of age or older. Employees of Ollie are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Supper Bowl Adoption Promotion operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to the first eleven (11) persons who adopt a dog from Marley’s Mutts and mention this “Ollie Supper Bowl” Promotion to Marley’s Mutts when adopting the dog; limited to one dog and one free meal plan subscription per household.  Marley’s Mutts has complete discretion in determining who has qualified as the first eleven (11) persons. The Promotion is subject to all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Ollie may disqualify participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Adoption of Dog Requirements: The Supper Bowl Adoption Promotion is valid only with the adoption of a dog from Marley’s Mutts’ listed on Ollie’s Supper Bowl landing page, which adoption is completed by February 14, 2024; provided that the adoption is made by an eligible person who mentions this “Ollie Supper Bowl” Promotion to Marley’s Mutts when completing the adoption process to adopt the dog. This Promotion is not applicable to: adoptions taking place prior to the Promotion Period or after February 14, 2024; adoptions after the first eleven (11) adoptions; or adoptions that do not otherwise satisfy these terms and conditions. 

Promotion Benefits (Limit 11): The first eleven (11) eligible persons to meet the above “Adoption of Dog Requirements” and who provide proof of adoption will receive:

1. Free one (1) year subscription to Ollie’s meal plan (approx. value $2,000 ) for the dog adopted from Marley’s Mutts, limited to one dog's meal plan and two (2) extra treats or supplements per box. 

2. Reimbursement of travel expenses up to One Thousand Dollars (USD $1,000) for an adoptive dog parent residing 250 miles or more from Marley's Mutts Rescue Ranch. The adoptive dog parent must present proof of an airline ticket, train ticket, rental car receipt, or similar transportation receipts to qualify for reimbursement.

3. Reimbursement of the adoption fee up to Two Hundred Dollars (USD $200) charged by Marley’s Mutts for adopting a dog. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the adoptive dog parent must provide the receipt for the adoption fee paid to Marley’s Mutts. 

4. The foregoing Promotion benefits are not transferable to another dog, person, household, or subscription. No substitutions, except as determined by Ollie.

Acceptance of the Promotion Benefits: In order to accept the Promotion benefits in paragraph 4, you must provide your contact information (email and/or phone number) to Marley’s Mutts to share with Ollie. An Ollie marketing representative will contact you via the contact information you provide to Marley’s Mutts. You must provide Ollie with information necessary to set up the meal plan subscription and prepare Promotion tax forms, as well as the information required for reimbursement as described in paragraph 4. 

General: Subscription to Ollie’s meal plan is not for resale. You are responsible for all federal, state, and other tax liabilities imposed on your receipt of the Promotion and any Promotion benefits. You can reject receipt of the Promotion by emailing social@myollie.com. Marley’s Mutts is a registered trademark of Marley’s Mutt Dog Rescue, a Non-profit Organization registered in California, which is not affiliated with Ollie. Ollie reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion and substitute another promotion in its place. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
