"Can I get pricing without filling out the quiz?"
While prices will vary depending on your pup’s weight, we’ve included below an estimated price per day for all of our meal plans. "My dog is a picky eater; can I order once without committing to a subscription?"
Our starter box is zero risk. If your picky eater isn’t satisfied, you’ll get your money back with our Clean Bowl Guarantee.
"I don’t have a lot of freezer space. How much storage is needed?"
Pack sizes range from 1-3” high and 4 - 7” wide, which is about the size of a smartphone or two stacked on top of each other. Your first box will contain about two weeks of food, so you may want to consult with a Nutrition Advisor if space is a concern.
Mixed Plans can also be a great way to introduce fresh food while being mindful of limited freezer space.
"Is Ollie good for puppies?"
Ollie is a great option for puppies. Our recipes are balanced for all life stages to ensure your pup has all the nutrients they need to grow up healthy and happy. Because they’re still growing, we also make it a point to adjust their portions to reflect your puppy’s necessary amount of extra calories.
"How should I manage my subscription if I travel frequently with my pup?"
The Ollie app is an easy way to manage your pup’s subscription. It allows you to change recipes, update your delivery location, adjust delivery date, and more.

"I adore learning about our customer's pups! Their unique traits really help me determine the perfect plan for them. It's so rewarding to know that after chatting with a pup parent, their furry companion will receive a high-quality food meal plan just for them."
Sachi loves the fresh beef recipe and the chicken jerky strips.

"I love getting creative with plans and coming up with a meal plan that fits the customers budget and nutrition goals. Every pup has unique needs and I love finding new ways to accommodate those needs whether that be a weight loss goal or recommendations for health conditions/food sensitivities."
I am such a big fan of the mixed plan- you get the best of both worlds. I don’t feed my dog many crunchy treats, so it’s great that he gets the crunchiness of the baked food to clean his teeth while he is eating the fresh food. My dog also loves the baked food so much that we use it as training treats

"I love being able to provide suggestions to help make mealtime less stressful for you and your pup! "
The lamb recipe is great for pickier pups and I love the training treats! They are great for puzzle toys/enrichment without adding too many calories to your pup’s diet!
