Ollie Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor This Giveaway is sponsored by Ollie, located at 3495 Lakeside Drive #1089 Reno, NV 89509.
2. Eligibility The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the continental United States (i.e., the 48 contiguous states) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories are not eligible. Employees of Ollie, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on July 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 6, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter There are two ways to enter:
Purchase Method: Create one new subscription account on myollie.com and complete the first purchase during the Promotion Period. Each new subscription account activated with a qualifying purchase will automatically receive one entry into the Giveaway. Multiple subscriptions/accounts by the same person will not increase the number of entries.
No Purchase Necessary Method: To enter without making a purchase, send an email with the subject line “Giveaway Entry – July 2025” and include your full name, email address, and phone number to caninecare@myollie.com. All email entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on July 6, 2025.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
5. Prize One (1) winner will receive 1 12-month subscription to Ollie, valued at approximately $2100. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The subscription prize includes up to:
One (1) extra box on a two-week cadence
Up to two (2) extra boxes on longer cadences (e.g., four weeks or more)
6. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each new subscription account created and activated with a qualifying purchase counts as one entry. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The drawing will be held on or about July 8, 2025. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days after the drawing. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
8. Release and Limitations of Liability By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Governing Law This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Nevada.
