WHERE CAN I BUY OLLIE?

Our site is the only place you can get an Ollie subscription. We make it easy with our onboarding process, so you can sign your pup up, design their ideal meal, and make any adjustments to your flexible subscription by contacting our Canine Care team. We take care of everything else!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Price depends on the size of your dog: We calculate how much food they need based on the exact number of calories they need to consume daily, which dictates your subscription cost. A small dog starts at $3/day (that’s less than a nice cup of coffee!) Real, high quality ingredients aren’t cheap, but we don’t deal with middlemen and distributors so we can offer you the best value. And shipping is free!

WHEN IS IT SHIPPED?

Our food is shipped on a regular schedule according to your meal plan, and you can expect to get it on the same day each week. However, that date may change if there is a major holiday or when there's inclement weather. We will contact you if your shipment schedule changes.

WHEN AM I CHARGED?

The card on your account is charged on a regular schedule in accordance with your shipments.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY DELIVERY?

If you need to make any changes to your order, whether that's switching a recipe or pausing a delivery, you can make those adjustments on your account page. Just make sure and do so before your 'changeable' date, which is the deadline for making any changes to an order before it's processed. We can't make changes to your current order past then because we have to keep our ingredients fresh and ready for your fridge! You can skip a delivery and reschedule up to 6 weeks at a time.

WHAT IF I'M OUT OF TOWN OR TRAVELING?

Ollie can travel with you! We can ship our food anywhere in the US except Hawaii or Alaska. All you have to do is switch your delivery address by the changeable date on your account page. If you want to travel with food you already have in your fridge, stick however many trays you need in a cooler bag with some ice packs and take it with you!

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN IT'S DELIVERED?

Ollie will stay fresh in the box until midnight on the day it arrives. But try to get the trays into your fridge as soon as you can when you get home so they stay cold. Ollie needs to chill!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel any time by reaching out to our Canine Care team. Let us know if there’s something you or your dog is not happy with, and we will do our best to address it.
